How It Works

1. Add to Cart
Browse through our collection and choose your favorite doll or accessory. Once you’ve selected your preferred options, click Add to Cart.
2. Automatic Protection
At the bottom of your shopping cart, you’ll see an option labeled “Shipping Protection” — already included at no additional cost.
This ensures your delivery is automatically protected, providing you with a stress-free shopping experience.
3. Proceed to Checkout
On the checkout page, you’ll see the Shipping Protection Service listed in your order summary.
Once payment is completed, your coverage begins as soon as your package ships.
Coverage Details
Lost Packages
If your package is lost in transit or affected by theft (including porch piracy), you can file a claim with us.

If the courier tracking does not show “delivered” within 30 days of shipment, the order will be considered lost.

If the tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received it, please provide supporting evidence (such as a police report, carrier confirmation, or neighborhood footage).

Claims must be reported within 7 days after the “delivered” status update.
In eligible cases, you will receive either a replacement or a refund (up to the original order value).
Damaged Products
If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, you’re covered.

File a claim within 7 days of delivery by providing clear photos or videos of the damage.

You may choose between a replacement or a full refund (not exceeding the original item value).
Misdelivery
If your tracking shows “delivered” but the parcel was sent to an incorrect address (not the one listed in your order), contact the carrier immediately.
If redelivery costs arise, LOVETA will cover them.
If the parcel cannot be recovered, your case will be treated as a lost-package claim.
Other Situations
If your order is affected by force majeure (e.g., natural disasters, traffic accidents), compensation will be provided in accordance with our protection terms.
How to File a Claim
If your order is lost, damaged, or misdelivered, please follow these steps:

Take clear photos or videos of the issue (and any relevant courier tracking).

Canceling Shipping Protection

Before Shipping: You may request to cancel Shipping Protection and receive a refund before your order ships.

After Shipping: Once your order has been dispatched, Shipping Protection cannot be canceled.
